A: Free! All Shipping and Handling charges are included in the sale price. Q: Can I have the Negatives to the Pictures? A: All of our photographs are taken with the highest-quality digital equipment. As a result, there are no negatives involved in the process. All of our packages include a CD/DVD of the original high-resolution digital negatives of your photos. All photos are provided in an industry-standard file format, without color correction, scaling or cropping. These files provide a great degree of control over the final print output and maximum compatibility with a wide range of digital printing systems. In this format, the files are Viewable and printable, but not necessarily "ready-to-print" — they may require some manipulation to get the best results. Most digital-ready photo labs can provide this service, but may assess an additional charge. If you plan to print the photos with your home computer, you will need an image-editing application such as Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements to alter or edit the pictures. Q: How many years of experience do you have? A: We have been a professional photographer since 2000; mainly focusing on portraits. We have been photographing weddings since 2005. Q: What is your reservation fee? A: A $100 reservation fee is required to secure your date. This will go towards your package price. If you decide not to go with us, we will refund your money within 30 days of receiving your reservation. Compare this policy to most other photographers who require a 50% non- refundable retainer at the time of reservation.. Q: What is your payment policy? Q: How many poses will you take for me to choose from? A: Usually, we will take several photos of 3 to 5 poses for each session. Generally, the exact number depends on the photographer and the amount of time allotted. Q: Where are the pictures taken? A: You can elect to take the pictures from one of two options: -You can take the pictures at any nearby location to you. We have a list of common locations to choose from. -You can take the pictures in your own home. This may allow for a more comfortable setting. Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: Cancellations for your wedding are required 1 month prior to the date . If cancelation is given in proper timeframe and photography service has been paid in full they will be refunded the total paid minus (-) the $100 reservation fee. Q: How long will it take for the pictures to be shipped to us? A: All pictures are shipped first-class mail. Delivery usually takes from one to six weeks, depending on your location. |
